Rapee Suveeranont, Virot Chiraphadhanakul · DIP / SIPA
10 families owned jointly by the Department of Intellectual Property and the Software Industry Promotion Agency.
The Department of Intellectual Property and the Software Industry Promotion Agency hold the copyright in 10 families of the national font set, released together under the DIP/SIPA licence: TH Sarabun PSK, TH Krub, TH Niramit AS, TH K2D July8, TH Kodchasal, TH KoHo, TH Mali Grade 6, TH Chakra Petch, TH Baijam and TH Fah Kwang. Each was drawn by a Thai designer for the national font project, so that offices, schools and the public would have good Thai fonts free of charge.
They are hosted here exactly as published, with the licence text. Each one now has an open-licence counterpart by Cadson Demak, usually with more weights, and every family page links to it. The other national fonts have other owners: TH Sarabun New is credited to SIPA alone, and three belong to Prof. Dr. Srisakdi Charmonman of Assumption University.
