10 families that look written by hand, from tidy school writing to brush pen and calligraphy.
These are Thai fonts drawn to look written by hand: tidy school handwriting, marker and felt-tip notes, brush lettering and fine calligraphic pen. Mali and its national-font original TH Mali Grade 6 follow the careful hand taught in Thai primary schools. Itim, Purisa and Playpen Sans Thai feel like quick personal notes, Sriracha is a lively brush pen, and Charm and Charmonman, with their national-font originals, write with a sharp calligraphic nib.
All 10 families are listed here, 8 of them with files to download. Handwriting faces carry a lot of personality, so they work best for short text: titles, quotations, greeting cards, menus, children's material and social posts. For paragraphs, the school-hand styles hold up best, because their letters are upright and evenly spaced. Each of them includes Latin letters as well, so a bilingual title can keep one voice.

Mali and TH Mali Grade 6 are drawn after the neat, round hand of a primary-school pupil, with clear loops and upright letters. Playpen Sans Thai is a simpler, rounder alternative made for learning material.
