The licence of the Thai national fonts from the Department of Intellectual Property and the Software Industry Promotion Agency. How previews work on this site

For families under the Open Font License that do not reserve their name, the previews use a reduced web copy holding the Thai block, Basic Latin and common punctuation, with the copyright and licence records kept inside the file. Every other licence on this page attaches conditions to changing a font, so those previews use the original files exactly as their makers published them. Downloads always contain the original files.

For the fonts under the GPL, the source package they are built from is offered next to the downloads, as that licence asks.
