A monospaced Thai font in which every base letter and Latin character takes the same width, which makes it useful for terminals, code editors and fixed-width tables. The Latin has typewriter serifs.
The zip holds the original 4 font files exactly as they were published, the licence text and a README with a checksum for each file. The source the GPL asks for is in the TLWG source package (8.2 MB).

The previews on this page use the original files unchanged, because the GPL 2.0+ with font exception attaches conditions to changing a font.
Licence: GNU General Public License 2.0 or later, with the font exception
Free to use, share and change. The font exception means a document or web page that embeds the font does not itself fall under the GPL. If you pass the font files on, or a changed version of them, the GPL applies to those files and the source must be available.
You may
Use the font in personal and commercial work.
Embed it in documents and web pages; the font exception keeps them outside the GPL.
Share and change the font files.
You may not
Pass the font files on without the licence and a way to get their source.
Release a changed font under a licence other than the GPL.
Read the full licence →Our plain reading, not legal advice. The licence text is what counts.

Serving the files from your site passes them on to your visitors, so the GPL applies to them: keep the licence with them, and link the TLWG source package so their source is available. Your pages themselves stay outside the GPL.
Thai text needs a taller line than Latin to fit the vowels and tone marks above and below: a line height of 1.6 to 1.8 is a good start for paragraphs.

PairingFor the text around code or tables, Sarabun keeps to looped letters, and Anuphan is a plain loopless choice for labels and menus.
