A looped Thai serif paired with a Latin in the Times tradition, maintained by the Thai Linux Working Group. It is a dependable face for printed documents. The family includes both italics and obliques.
The zip holds the original 6 font files exactly as they were published, the licence text and a README with a checksum for each file. The source the GPL asks for is in the TLWG source package (8.2 MB).

Thai text needs a taller line than Latin to fit the vowels and tone marks above and below: a line height of 1.6 to 1.8 is a good start for paragraphs.
