The Arundina fonts were made by SIPA as Thai companions to Bitstream Vera and carry the same permissive terms with SIPA named alongside Bitstream. Use, copy and share them freely; a changed version must be renamed so it does not contain "Bitstream" or "Vera".

Bundle them with software, even software you sell.
Change them, as long as the result is renamed.
You may not
Sell a copy of the fonts by itself.

Keep the files under their own names. A version you change needs a new name without “Bitstream” or “Vera”.
Thai text needs a taller line than Latin to fit the vowels and tone marks above and below: a line height of 1.6 to 1.8 is a good start for paragraphs.
